Echo is licensed to provide therapy in Arizona and Washington. Offering in-person therapy in Phoenix, AZ, and Telehealth therapy in Arizona and Washington. She has been in the field for over 10 years and has worked in a variety of settings with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.
She believes that a vital part of therapy is better understanding the different “parts” of ourselves and the roles they play in symptoms and difficulties within our lives. In addition, humor is also a vital part of the therapy journey, and laughter has healing power. Echo strives to be an active participant in the therapeutic process. Together, you will explore the depths of your experiences, untangle the complexities, and pave the way for healing and personal growth. She will use a variety of theories and techniques to help you reach your therapy goals. She tailors her approach to each individual’s needs and seeks your input on how therapy is feeling; you deserve treatment that is unique to you! She has additional training in DBT, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, OCD, trauma, disordered eating, CBT, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and Perinatal Mental Health. She is a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned and is a certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist, she received her training through the Postpartum Support International.
