Celeste is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with a passion for guiding others along their journey of healing from childhood trauma. Celeste has 5 years of clinical experience working with adolescents and adults and is also a board approved clinical supervisor. 

Celeste utilizes a trauma informed and compassionate approach to therapy with integration of body oriented therapies such as EMDR, Somatic Therapy, and Mindfulness. Celeste encourages clients to practice non-judgment and curiosity of their own experience to increase self awareness and self compassion.
